Single Serving Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Tired of the same old, same old when it comes to oatmeal? Let me help you elevate your breakfast routine with a more decadent, yet healthy overnight oats recipe that's still packed with nutrition. As someone who enjoys oatmeal daily, I've tried multiple combinations. Today, I'm sharing one of my favorites that's sure to satisfy your sweet tooth without sacrificing taste, health or convenience.

Ingredients (dry):

1 cup quick oats

3 tablespoons powdered peanut butter

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

1/16 teaspoon or sprinkle of salt

Ingredients (wet):

3/4 cup of water

1 cup non dairy milk (I like soy milk!)

3 tablespoons of maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix-ins:

1 large banana

Instructions:

  1. Mix all of your dry ingredients into a 22oz container or larger

  2. Add all of your wet ingredients and stir to combine.

  3. Add the fruit and slowly mix in. I find that 1 banana can fit in my jar however if you use a larger container you can add more.

  4. Let sit overnight in the refrigerator and enjoy in the morning!

Tip: I’ve made up to three days of overnight oats to save me time!
