  • We'll meet to make sure we're a good fit and I'll answer any of your questions.

  • You'll sign the contract and setup your payment.

Growing up in a meat-and-potatoes family, I often struggled with stomach issues and acne. This later let to other health struggles. In seeking out natural solutions, I was suggested to try a plant-based diet and the rest is history.

  • Absolutely! Health is so much more than just losing weight. We can work on a variety of skills depending on your goals.

    Some of those skills could be: stress management, movement, sleep, nutrition and adapting to change.

  • GREAT question! Everyone is different, with unique dietary needs, preferences, and lifestyles. Instead of providing rigid meal plans, I focus on teaching you the principles of plant-based nutrition so you can create meals that work for you.

  • I completely understand not having a ton of time! This is why I offer a personalized plan and not a one size fits all solution. I designed this process so that we identify tiny manageable habits that work with you and your schedule while helping you reach your goals.
