  • You will start by reaching out to me to express your interest in private yoga. I'll then reach out to you to schedule a discovery call.

  • We'll meet to make sure we're a good fit and I'll answer any of your questions.

  • You'll sign the contract and setup your payment.

  • You'll get a link to schedule your first private yoga session based on your availability.

One hour private sessions start at $130 hr

  • Absolutely not! I'll work with you to craft a yoga routine that fits your body and goals.

    I would recommend consulting with your doctor before embarking on any new fitness or yoga program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition.

  • You can bring your own yoga mat with you to our sessions.

    I will provide all of the other yoga props that you need during out session.

  • I completely understand not having a ton of time! This is why a private yoga session is perfect as you can schedule at a time that best fits your availability.
